Food Chain Collage Food Chain Assessment Students will create a food chain collage such as the ones shown on this site: http://afaithfulattempt.blogspot.com/2014/12/food-chain-collage.html. They will show 3 animals and one type of producer. The food chain should show the flow of energy in the food chain, by labeling the consumers and producer on the sheet and attaching it to the project. 	Excellent 4 pts	Good 3 pts	Fair 2 pts	Poor 1 pts
Organization	Excellent Food chain is well-organized and easy to follow and shows great understanding.	Good Food chain is somewhat well-organized, is not challenging to follow and shows understanding.	Fair Food chain lacks organization and is very difficult to follow and shows some understanding.	Poor Food chain has no organization except for 1 or 2 positions and shows little understanding.
Labeling	Excellent Each part of the food chain is properly labeled on sheet indicating what type of organism it is.	Good Each part of the food chain is somewhat properly labeled indicating what type of organism it is.	Fair Parts of the food chain have little labeling (except for 1 or 2).	Poor Labels are missing.
Content - Accuracy	Excellent All food chain connections are displayed accurately.	Good Most food chain connections are displayed accurately.	Fair Two of the food chain connections are displayed accurately.	Poor One or none of the food chain connections are displayed accurately.
