Cooking Lab 
Students will work in groups to properly follow directions on cooking a given item, need to follow a recipe, follow the plating example, and proceed to wash, rinse, sanitize dishes per ServSafe and then put all items back in the correct locations. Students will be evaluated a minimum of two times throughout the 2017-2018 school year.
