Cooking Lab Cooking Lab Veggies Students will work in groups to properly follow directions on cooking a given item, need to follow a recipe, follow the plating example, and proceed to wash, rinse, sanitize dishes per ServSafe and then put all items back in the correct locations. Final Product-taste	Poor The final product is not tasty. It is unable to be served to others.	Fair The final product taste okay and with minor adjustments it could be served to a customer.	Good The final product is delicious! It definitely should be served to others.
Clean up	Poor Some materials were returned to their appropriate location but most were not properly clean.	Fair All materials used were returned to their appropriate location, but could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
