Acceptable Reflections are somewhat complete and/or gives detailed personal responses that showed an understanding of what was being done.	Needs Improvement Reflections are incomplete, may lack personal responses that relate to prompt. Overall response lacked important details showing understanding of what was being done.
Response Quality	Exceeds Expectations Reflections are fully developed and strongly on-topic.	Acceptable Reflections are acceptably developed and remain on-topic for the most part.	Needs Improvement Reflections are underdeveloped and do not remain on-topic.
Reflection	Exceeds Expectations Student has made an excellent attempt to reflect on meaning, theme, message.	Acceptable Student has made an acceptable attempt to reflect on meaning, theme, message.	Needs Improvement Student has made no attempt to reflect on meaning, theme, message.
Organization and Mechanics	Exceeds Expectations Student utilizes superior organization in their reflections that adds to overall development of response.
