Auidence Engagement/Wow Factor	Emerging The presenter has little or no interaction with audience. Problem and/or solution not addressed.	Developing The presenter engages the audience somewhat. Little reference was made to problem and/or solution.	Proficient The presenter actively engages the audience and addresses the problem and/or solution. The audience is able to synthesize and follow the information that is being discussed.
Product/Business Knowledge	Emerging Student/group demonstrates little knowledge of product/service.	Developing Student/group demonstrates limited knowledge of product/service.	Proficient Student/group demonstrates full knowledge and is very comfortable discussing all aspects of the product/service.
Organization/Preparation	Emerging Audience has difficulty following presentation because it is follows a loose organizational pattern. Little preparation demonstrated.	Developing Student presents information in logical sequence which audience can follow. A good deal of preparation was demonstrated.	Proficient Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow. Student was fully prepared for presentation.
Enthusiasm/Passion Expressed	Emerging Presenter makes very little use of facial expression or body language. Little effort was made to generate interest in information presented.	Developing Facial expressions and body language are used in a limited amount to generate interest and enthusiasm for subject matter.	Proficient Facial expressions and body language generate a strong interest and enthusiasm for information being presented.
