Theme 30 %	Poor Fails to make any logical statement about theme.	Fair Discusses one theme on a surface level.	Good Sticks to one theme but not in an exceptionally deep manner.	Great! Sticks to one major theme and discusses it in depth.
Organization 10 %	Poor Is disorganized and underdeveloped with no introduction or closure.	Fair Is underdeveloped with weak transitions and closure; slightly disorganized.	Good Is well developed, but may include some weaknesses in clarity, introduction, closure, or organization.	Great! Is clearly and logically ordered; focused; clarified by paragraphs and transitions.
