Effort	Excellent Works using their BEST EFFORT producing a quality finished product	Good Makes a very GOOD consistent EFFORT and completes project with thoroughness.	Fair Works with INCONSISTENT effort, partially or barely adequate completion of project	Poor Very LITTLE EFFORT and poor or unfinished project
Attention	Excellent Attentive, involved. Requires no redirection.	Good Focused and Involved. Needs some redirection.	Fair Inconsistent engagement. Needs lots of redirection.	Poor Inattentive, disengaged, and distracted.
