Make a constellation Performance Task Make a constellation Performance Task The students had to design and make a constellation using a pringles can or roll from paper towels. They had to decorate it and using a nail or something similar punch holes into the can to show the constellation. The students then had to write a small story as to how the constellation got into the sky. Constellation There are holes punched into the can to show the constellation.	Poor The roll or can isn't covered. There are no holes in the can to show the constellation. One end of the can or roll wasn't blocked.	Fair The roll or can isn't covered or there are no holes in the can or roll or one of of the can or roll isn't blocked.	Good The can or roll is decorated and there are holes in the can or roll and the end of the roll or can is blocked.
Design of the can or roll The constellation's design	Poor There is no designs or very little effort made to decorate the roll or can.	Fair Some effort has been made to made the project look good.	Good The project looks very good, with designs and effort shown.
Story about the Constellation Students made a paragraph or more about their constellation	Poor There is no paragraph.	Fair There is a paragraph but, grammar, spelling and punctuation are bad.	Good There is a paragraph that has correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
