Organization/development 20	Exemplary Logical progression of ideas & a clear structure. Ideas are fully developed. Transitions are used to take us smoothly from one paragraph to another.	Proficient Logical progression of ideas. Transitions are present throughout essay & provide adequate coherence among ideas. There may be some minor problem with organization or development.
