Content	Excellent My student was able to demonstrate the entire section of choreography without me. I was able to teach using clear counts.	Good My student was able to demonstrate the choreography with a little bit of help from me. I was able to use counts but might have not been exactly on beat .	Needs Improvement My student was not able to demonstrate the choreography at all. I wasn't able to teach the steps very clear and with counts.
Effort	Excellent My student demonstrated with great effort and energy. I would cast them in our show!	Good My student demonstrated with a pretty good amount of effort. I would consider casting them in our show with a bit more rehearsal.	Needs Improvement My student did not try at all. Perhaps I wasn't too motivated as a teacher.
