Map key colors are as directed: green, yellow, red, and other. Water is blue. All borders are obeyed.

Countries are not the correct colors, or the water is not correct., OR the capitol is not labeled correctly.

There are two or more mistakes from the above.

Shading is done in the same direction, and not scribbled on the paper.
There are few or no corrections in color placement.
Labels are neatly and horizontally written.

The shading is rushed or done in multiple directions.
