Food Chain Final Project To support standards SC.4.L.17.3 and 1.6 Creative Communicator, students will create a food chain online using a variety of online media platforms and tools. Students must include trophic levels 1-5 from an ecosystem of their choice. Student must label and include a brief description of each trophic level and the animals role in the food chain. Creativity	Excellent Food chain has plentiful color and style.	Good Food chain has adequate color and style.	Fair Food chain has minimal color and style.	Poor Food chain has no color or style.
Organization	Excellent The food chain is very well organized and very easy to read.	Good The food chain is adequately organized and relatively simple to read.	Fair The food chain is not well organized and is difficult to read.	Poor The food chain has no organization and shows little to no understanding of the food chain.
Descriptions	Excellent The food chain includes correct labeling and descriptions of each trophic level and the animals representing them.	Good The food chain contains labels and descriptions that are mostly correct.	Fair Only some of the descriptions and labels are correct.	Poor None of the descriptions or labels are correct.
