Chart and oral presentation rubric 
The student's task is to write at least a 1-2 page proposal discussing your individual plan to discourage voter apathy. You should thoroughly explain what you plan to do, explain the implementation of your plan, what voting block you are targeting and why, and how your proposal will increase voting and decrease voter apathy.Be sure to correctly cite at least three sources in MLA format including in-text citations.

Does not have all of the required elements of the paper. Also, sources are not used in an effective manner, or there is not enough information presented.
Poor

The student's paper is lacking in elements required and in resources used. There are many gaps in information presented.
Work quality/effort

Exceeds

The work done exceeds all expectations and shows that the learner is proud of his/her work. The effort that was put into this task is the best it can be by the learner.
Good

The work was done with good effort that shows what the learner is capable of. It is evident that time was put into this poster and presentation.
Fair

Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed.
Poor

Work is done with little effort, quality is not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product. Work is incomplete.
Presentation

Exceeds

The student work with fluency, speaks clearly and puts his/her information with complete understanding. It is evident that the student has prepared in advance.
Good

The student speak clearly and presents good amount of the information expected.
Fair

There are several confusing moments and the information presented is not completed relayed during the presentation. The student has not practiced prior to the presentation.
Poor

The student is unprepared to work. No preparation was done for the presentation and the information that is presented lacks many elements of what is expected.
