Meets Expectations
The goal can be easily assessed and evaluated by the student. Progress and achievement can be measured and described by the student.
Developing
The goal can be assessed and evaluated by the student, but not easily. The student has difficulty measuring progress or achievement of the goal because it is too general.
Needs Improvement
The goal lacks structure for assessment and evaluation. Progress or achievement of this goal cannot be measured readily by the student or teacher.
