CONTENT	Excellent Shows a full understanding of the project.	Good Shows a good understanding of the project.	Fair Shows a fair understanding of parts of the project.	Poor Does not seem to understand the project.
SPEAKS CLEARLY	Excellent Speaks clearly and distinctly all (100 -95%) of the time,	Good Speaks clearly and distinctly all (100 -95%) of the time, and mispronounces one word.	Fair Speaks clearly and distinctly all (94-85%) of the time, and mispronounces no more than one word.	Poor Often mumbles or cannot be understood OR mispronounces more than one word.
PREPAREDNESS	Excellent Speaker is completely prepared and has obviously rehearsed.	Good Speaker seems pretty prepared but might have needed a couple of more rehearsals.	Fair Speaker is somewhat prepared but it is clear that rehearsal was lacking.	Poor Speaker does not seem prepared to present.
