Poster and presentation rubric 
The students will put together a poster to show during their oral presentation. The poster will contain information that the students collected regarding a survival plan. The group presentation must be aligned with the poster.

Poster includes all relevant information; however, it does not is not well-organized.
Fair

Does not have all of the relevant information of the poster. There is not enough information presented. Information is presented in an unorganized fashion
Poor

The poster is lacking in elements required. There are many gaps in information presented.
Work quality/effort

Exceeds

The work done exceeds all expectations and shows that the learner is proud of his/her work. The effort that was put into this task is the best it can be by the learner.
Good

The work was done with good effort that shows what the learner is capable of. It is evident that time was put into this poster and presentation.
Fair

Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed.
Poor

Work is done with little effort, quality is not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product. Work is incomplete.

The student speaks clearly and with a good strong voice. The students faces the audience during presentation.
Good

The student speaks clearly and with a good strong voice but only faces the audience occassionally.
Fair

The student speaks clearly but in a soft voice and faces the poster not the audience.

The student refused to present information.

Exceeds

The poster is very creative with good use of color and presented neatly.
Good

The poster is creative and neat.
Fair

The poster lacks style and creativity and is not neatly put together.
Poor

The poster lacks a clear understanding of the subject matter and their are many errors. Poster is not creative.
