Poinsettia Production Rubric 
The student is expected to find informative facts about poinsettia production and or sales using the internet and their text from class. This end result will be a brochure or newsletter that will be utilized as a tool for informing future classes on these topics. Students are expected to use images to enhance their brochures and have information on all 6 panels of the brochure.
