Fair Framework exists to some degree; accurate support for arguments exists but not to an ideal level. Content is moderately inconsistent with regard to purpose.	Good There is an appropriate framework to the paper that is consistently supported. Content is minimally inconsistent with regard to purpose.	Excellent Major points are clearly stated and supported by well-thought out arguments. Content & purpose are clear.
Integration of thought	Poor Paper presents presents little to no creativity, thought, or attention to detail.	Fair Paper presents standard information with a minimal level of creativity, thought, and attention to detail.	Good Paper shows a moderate level of creativity, thought, and attention to detail.	Excellent Paper shows a high level of creativity, thought, and attention to detail.
