Needs Improvement Student requires cues and support in order to be prepared for class with assignments, suggested class materials and homework.
Productivity/On-task	Excellent Student is always on task and works productively	Good With few cues to attend student is on task and works productively	Satisfactory With cues to attend student is on task and works productively	Needs Improvement Student requires support in order to initiates tasks and work productively
Level of Engagement	Excellent Student readily contributes to class discussions by offering ideas and asking questions.	Good Student often contributes to class discussions by offering ideas and asking questions.	Satisfactory When prompted student contributes to class discussions by offering ideas and asking questions.	Needs Improvement Rarely Contributes to class discussions by offering ideas and asking questions.

Satisfactory Student OCCASIONALLY shows responsibility and respect and occasionally displays disruptive behavior during class.	Needs Improvement Student DID NOT show responsibility and respect during class.
