This rubric is designed to assess an individual's performance during a group project. The idea behind this rubric is for the other group members to contribute vital information regarding everyone's individual contribution to the overall completion of the project.

Contribution 25 % What did this member contribute to the project? What was their role in the success or failure of the project?	Excellent Constantly contributed thoughts and ideas to the group. Came prepared to group meetings with constructive ideas. Contributions were thoughtful and of high caliber.	Good Actively contributed thoughts and ideas to the group project. Contributions were of good quality.	Fair Occasionally contributed thoughts and ideas to the group project. Contributions were of fair quality.	Poor Rarely contributed thoughts or insights, if any.
Cooperation 25 % Did this member work well with other members of the group were did they insist on doing things their way? Did they always give 100%?	Excellent Highly cooperative and worked extremely well with other group members. Was a positive influence to group work.<BR> Very Motivated.	Good Cooperative and productive. Took a proactive approach to completing the assignement. Had a positive attitude.<BR> Motivated.	Fair Cooperative at times. Had some difficulty interacting with others. Attitude was fair.<BR> Generally motivated.	Poor Uncooperative and difficult to work with. Seemed to be counter productive. Negative attitude.<BR> No motivation.
Listened to Others / Communication 25 % Did this member listen to the suggestions and ideas that other members presented? Were they able to communicate their thoughts and ideas effectively? Were they respectful and courteous to the other members of the group?	Excellent Excellent communication. Communication helped move the group in a forward direction. Worked very well with others.	Good Communication was good. Worked well with others.	Fair Communication was fair, but could have been better. Worked generally well with others. A few instances of miscommunications.	Poor Lacked acceptable communication skills. Did not listen to what others had to say. Did not work well in group.
Preparedness 25 % Did this group member offer ideas and assist others? Did he/she stay on task or redirect other group members back to task? Was their work consistent and of high quality.	Excellent Came to group meeting fully prepared. Had relevant ideas about project. Completed all tasks. Work was high quality.	Good Came to group meeting semi-prepared with some relevant ideas about project. Completed most tasks but some work was of fair quality.	Fair Came to group meeting with a few ideas about project. Completed some assignments but not high quality work.	Poor Came to group meeting with no ideas or work. Failed to complete individual assignments.
