Pronunciation	Poor Student's pronunciation was incomprehensible, making understanding impossible.	Fair Student's pronunciation made understanding difficult, but with effort, possible to guess what student was trying to say.	Good Student's pronunciation was understandable with some error. Still difficult to understand, but pronunciation was good enough to understand what he/she was trying to say.	Excellent Student's pronunciation good enough to understand what every word said was. Fluency	Poor Student was unable to respond to most questions.	Fair Student took a long time to respond to questions. A lot of unnatural pauses and hesitations.	Good Student was able to answer the questions, but with some difficulty. Use of some awkward/unnatural pauses, but overall speech was not difficult to follow.	Excellent Students were able to communicate clearly with no difficulty. Student asked and answered questions with almost no hesitation, and no trace of unusually long pauses or hesitation. Comprehension	Poor Student was unable to comprehend most questions. Questions had to be repeated several times. Even very simple sentences.	Fair The student showed little comprehension of questions. Questions had to be repeated, but all questions were eventually answered.	Good The student understood most of what was asked of him/her, and responded in a more or less appropriate manner. Nonverbal Communication	Poor Student made zero eye contact, seemed nervous, mumbled answers, sat slouched, with a cap hiding eyes, wore a face mask during interview.	Fair Student made little to no eye contact, clearly memorized speech but didn't speak naturally, student seem distracted, slouched, bad posture, and wore a cap or mask during interview.	Good Student made a decent attempt with eye contact, seemed mostly comfortable, spoke mostly naturally. Did not wear a mask or cap during interview.	Excellent The student appeared to be engaged, poised, and composed. Body language, posture, not fidgeting, seemed natural, appropriate and consistent eye contact, gestures were appropriate.
