Information is very well organized. Presentation is neat and shown in a clear manner. Titles are associated with each separate sub-topic. Complete sentences with the correct grammar are used to present information and language conventions are being followed.

Level 2

Information is organized but could be neater. Some use of complete sentences. Grammar mistakes pound and editing is at the basic levels. Titles are not consistently present. Language conventions are beginning to be used appropriately.
Level 1

Work is messy and disorganized. Titles are not consistently used or are inaccurate. Significant grammar errors present and very little editing is shown in this work. Conventions are not consistently being followed.
Amount and Quality of Information

Level 4

All of the assigned topics have been addressed using more than one sentence. Responses are in complete sentences. Information clearly relates to the main topic and includes supporting details from the reading assignment.
Level 3

All of the assigned topics have been addressed. Responses are generally in complete sentence form. Most details have been included.
Level 2

All of the assigned topics have been addressed using at least one sentence. Responses are in sentence format with most conventions followed. It is missing information require in the assignment.
Level 1

One or more of the assigned topics were not addressed. Did not follow format set out at the beginning of assignment. Information presented from the text was vague or inaccurate.
Illustrations and Originality

Level 4

illustrations are neat, accurate and add to the reader's understanding of the topic. The book and the illustrations show originality.
Level 3

illustrations are accurate and neat and add to the reader's understanding of the topic. The book and illustrations are adequate.
Level 2

Illustrations are accurate but could be neater or more organized. Sometimes add to the reader's understanding of the assigned topic. The book and illustrations do not show effort in their creation.
Level 1

Illustrations are not accurate or do not add to the reader's understanding of the assigned topic. Illustrations are poorly created or the book is missing illustrations.
