Format	Exceeding Standard Name and dare are written at top of page. Entries are written in blue or black ink or pencil. Entries are written in a neat and orderly manner. Writing is legible.	Meeting Standard Name/date is written at top of page. Entries are legible.	Approaching Standard Name/date is written at top of page. Entry is written in colored pen or marker. Entry has some illegible writing.	Beginning Standard Name/date is not written at top of page. More than 50% but less than 75% of entry is illegible writing. Amount	Exceeding Standard Volume of writing shows evidence that student made excellent use of time, and/or met writing requirement.
