Informational Essay 
Students will complete a short 5 paragraph essay. Writing will be graded on capitalization, punctuation, use of main idea and supporting details, spelling of high frequency words, and relevant information.

Follows the formatting guidelines with an error in two of the guidelines discussed in class. A lot of information is missing in the Outline.

Does not follow the formatting guidelines discussed in class, or contains three or more errors in the guidelines discussed in class. No Outline was turned in.
