Conduct	Excellent Students always talks at appropriate times. Do not interrupt others. Student arrives to class on time and has good work habits.	Good Students usually talks at appropriate times. Do not usually interrupt others. Student usually arrives to class on time and has mostly good work habits.	Fair Students have difficulty with talking in class at appopriate times. Students has trouble with work habits. Student is excessively late.	Poor Students has major difficulty controlling talking at appropriate time. Students have not developed good work habits. Student is always late.
Following Directions	Excellent Students follow all directions immediately.	Good Students follow directions, but occasionally take a while to get started.	Fair Students have to be reminded of directions before they can begin.	Poor Students continually has difficulty following directions without the help of others.
Notebook	Excellent Student completes their notes in a neat organized notebook and stay on task at all times.	Good Student completes their notes in a neat organized notebook and stay on task most of the time.	Fair Student needs help to complete notes in a neat organized notebook or stay on task.	Poor Students do not complete assignments in a timely manner and have difficulty staying on task.
Respect of Others	Excellent Students always respect other's space. Never bother others.	Good Students usually respect other's space. Rarely bother others.	Fair Students sometimes have trouble respecting others' space. Sometimes bother others while they are working or reading.	Poor Students have trouble respecting others' space. Usually bother others while they are working or reading.
Colloboration	Excellent Students always participates in class discussion and with others during group or peer settings.	Good Students usually participates in class discussion and with others during group or peer settings.	Fair Student have had difficulty participating in classroom discussion and with other during group or peer settings.	Poor Students do not participate in classroom discussion or during group and/or peer settings
