OUTLINE Rules are specific and complete.	Poor Many rules and examples are missing. Many Spelling and Grammatical Errors present. Marks on the paper.	Fair Some rules and examples are missing or unclear. 4 or more Spelling and Grammatical errors present.	Good 1-2 rules or examples are missing. Rules are pretty well explained, but missing some key points. 2-3 Spelling and Grammatical errors.	Very Good All rules and examples are detailed and correct. Examples are on 7th grade level. Paper is clean, neat and easy to read. 0-2 Spelling and Grammatical errors.
CREATIVE The performance Is unique and fun.	Poor Performance does not engage the audience. Speaking is quiet, monotone and without feeling. Or, on the flip side, is too giggly or chaotic. Does not fall in the 1-3 minute range.	Fair Performance is "okay." A fair amount of chaos or giggling makes it hard for the audience to understand. Performance falls in the 1-3 minute range.	Good Performance is fairly engaging but lacks a certain "spark." Small amount of chaos or giggling. Performance falls in the 1-3 minute range.	Very Good Performance highly engages and entertains the audience. It is different than everyone else's and is fun to watch. Performance falls in the 1-3 minute range.
