Organization of Ideas	Needs Improvement All ideas are out of order. Did not follow the guide questions.	Approaching Expectations Some ideas are not in logical order (did not follow the guide questions).	Meets Expectations Ideas are presented in a logical order and the way that they are written effectively keeps the interest of the reader.
Conclusion	Needs Improvement Does not adequately conclude the ideas presented in the writing.	Approaching Expectations A conclusion was attempted and it concludes the ideas presented in the writing. Did not conclude with /what will you be in the future.	Meets Expectations Adequately concludes the ideas presented in the writing and leaves the reader with a new idea.
