Sentence Structure	Level 4 Capitalization, punctuation and grammar are strong. Writing is fluid.	Level 3 Capitalization, punctuation and grammar could use some work, though writing is still generally fluid.	Level 2 Many sentences are missing capital letters and/or correct punctuation and includes grammatical errors.	Level 1 Writing is unclear or confusing.
Content	Level 4 All sentences are in the correct order. Begins with topic sentence, 3-5 supporting sentences and a concluding sentence.	Level 3 One of the sentences are missing.	Level 2 Two to four sentences are missing.	Level 1 The assignment doesn't include a written portion.
Venn Diagram	Level 4 Includes six relevant character traits in each section.	Level 3 Includes six character traits in at least two of the sections.	Level 2 Includes six or less character traits in one of the sections.	Level 1 Venn diagram is not present.
Character Trait Choice	Level 4 In the paragraph, three or more character traits from the Venn Diagram are explained with specific examples from your role model's life and your life.
