Attractiveness & Organization	Mastery-Excellent The billboard has exceptionally attractive formatting and well-organized information. Graphics are colorful, detailed, neatly drawn & clearly related to the text. Text is bold, eye-catching, typed or NEATLY printed.	Proficient-Good The billboard has attractive formatting and well-organized information. Graphics are colored, have some detail, nicely drawn and related to the text. Text is typed or hand written.	Emerging-Acceptable The billboard has well organized information. Some graphics are colored, lacks needed detail, drawings are lacking effort & are sometimes related to the text. Text is is not typed properly or is written in a manner which is not appropriate for this assignment.	Insufficient Evidence The billboards's formatting and organization of material are confusing to the reader. Graphics are missing or are not neatly drawn with detail. Text is missing and or is sloppy.
Message	Mastery-Excellent Message is clear and understandable without explanation. Relates to specific topic. Includes resources on how to get help or get more information. All graphics and text relate directly to the message.	Proficient-Good Message is clear with little explanation. Easy to read. Most of the graphics and text relate to message. Has resources to get more information on the topic	Emerging-Acceptable Message is confusing or needs detailed explanation. Some of the graphics or text don't relate to message.
