Board - Card Game Rubric 
The game must cover one of hte key topics of the Foundations of Governmnet lapbook. It must include: all rules, game pieces, game, instructions, original gameboard and/or cards. The gameboard can not be a commerically produced gameboard. All text will be assessed for grammar and spelling and must be in the author's own words. The game must require a minimum of two players.
