Mobile Rubric - Extensive Novel Study

Create a mobile about the story. The mobile must include the title of the story, the name of the author, setting, summary, conflict, climax, and theme, characters of the story, and your evaluation of the book. The mobile must have at least 5 shapes and each part must have the specific requirements as stated on the handout.

Mobile	Excellent Mobile is creative and complete. The mobile is an excellent representation of the book read by the student. There are five shapes or pictures hanging from a crosspiece. Information was relevant to the novel. You included all of the requirements.	Good Mobile was creative and had at least four pictures or shapes hanging from a crosspiece. The mobile had almost all the required information.	Needs Improvement Needs Improvement More effort could have been given to this project. You had too few items to clearly represent your novel.	Poor Little or no effort was apparent in the mobile. The book was not represented in the mobile.
Creativity	Excellent Student is very creative and the mobile is very well thought out. Various colors of markers and construction paper were used on the mobile.
