Durability	Excellent Model is very durable and will last for an extended time.	Good Model is durable, but will fall apart or break if mishandled at all.	Fair Model has loose parts that will easily fall off.	Poor Model is broken or falls apart when touched.
Representation with materials	Excellent All materials used resemble the organ or system. Variety of materials used. Even without labels, it is obvious what parts they represent. All major parts present.	Good Materials resemble organ or system but not obvious without labels. Most major parts present.	Fair Materials do not clearly resemble organ or system - labels needed. It is hard to distinguish parts. Some major parts present.	Poor The materials do not resemble parts of the organ/system at all. Missing major parts.
Labels	Excellent All components are neatly labeled or represented on a key. Labels are neat and do not make model appear cluttered.	Good All components are labeled or represented on a key.	Fair Some components are not labeled or are labeled incorrectly. Labels are messy/illegible.	Poor Components are not labeled or are labeled wrong.
Originality	Excellent Model is original and unique. It illustrates the system and also the student's creativity.
