Skeleton model

Students will create a model of a human skeleton using non-traditional materials. Students will use various examples to label the bones in their skeleton.

Characteristics	Mastered 4 Student was able to correctly label all 25 bones of the skeletal system.	Skilled 3 Student was able to correctly label at least 20 or more bones in the skeletal system.	Emerging 2 Student was able to correctly label at least 15 but less than 20 bones of the skeletal system.	Limited 1 Student was able to correctly label less than 15 bones of the skeletal system.
Visual	Mastered 4 Skeleton was organized correctly and represents a true model of the human form. Although using non-traditional materials, the areas are easily recognizable	Skilled 3 Skeleton is organized correctly and represents a model of the skeletal system. A few areas could use more refinement, but still very recogonizable	Emerging 2 Skeleton is recognizable, however some areas are slightly off from the actual human form.	Limited 1 Skeleton was not identifiable. Rework is needed to show understanding of placement of human bones
