Career Research Paper

Apply knowledge of your interests, values, personality traits, and skills to the career decision making process. Write a 3 page research paper. Include a bibliography of resources used. Interview someone who currently works in or has worked in your chosen career. Draw conclusions between your assessment results (Color Code, Kiersey-Bates Temperament Type, Leadership Style) and your interests as to why this would be a good career choice for you.
