Personal Project 
I will learn how to cook and use that knowledge to cook eight recipes from 8 different cultures. I will then use what I learned to serve those who may benefit from it.

The goal for the personal project is to demonstrate growth in cooking and to overcome challenges that may arise. I will learn how to cook and use that knowledge to cook eight recipes from eight different cultures. The cooking skills that were learned would be used to serve those who may benefit from it.

Dish Quality

The quality of the dish and the ability to effectively cook them the right way.

Poor

The dishes that were completed lacked quality and may have been prepared incorrectly. They showed little effort and ingredients may have been substituted. Little improvement was shown from when I started.
Fair

The dishes that were completed appeared to have some effort and quality. Some parts were made correctly. Some improvements may have been shown.
Good

The dish was made in the correct process. The ingredients are correct and the time and effort needed were put in. Improvement was definitely visible.
Excellent

The best recipe and process necessary for the dish was used alongside all the correct equipment and ingredients. Something may have even been improvised to try to improve the recipe. Improvement was clearly made.
Dish Presentation

The appearance and organization of the food that was made.

Poor

The food served and the recipes made were not presented neatly. It was messy and disorganized.
Fair

The food served and recipes made were somewhat organized and neat. Some effort was put in.
Good

The presentation and organization were neat.
Excellent

The presentation and organization were great and the food was perfectly layered.

All eight dishes were made.
