J. P. Keefe Tech Nurse Aide Program Clinical Rubric Blue Hills Regional Nurse Aide Program Clinical Rubric Clinical Evaluation of student performance of resident care in a Nursing Home. Students are required to perform patient care ADL's, and use critical thinking skills while working in the clinical setting. Indirect Care Measures Indirect Care Measures includes: Infection Control, handwashing, cleaning of equipment, PPE's, Clear meal trays, raises/lowers bed, call light within reach, phone nearby, bed locked, w/c locked, clean room, resident rights, privacy curtain, bath blanket, door, offer preferences and choices and comfort.
