Conclusion is not present or does not support information presented.
Working to Meet Expectations

The conclusion is present but does not wrap up/finalize authors thought or purpose.
Meets Expectations

The conclusion is present and presents authors final thoughts and/or restates purpose of essay in a clear and concise manner.
Exceeds Expectations

All of 3 and the conclusion leaves the audience with something to consider.
