Tin Pan Alley Artwork 
Students select a piece of music from the Tin Pan Alley era. After analyzing the piece for mood, students select a piece of artwork from 1900-1920 that relates to their musical selection. Using both as inspiration, students create original artwork in the watercolor medium. Finally students write a brief explanation and analysis of their work.
