Teamwork	Good 4-5 Works well in assigned crew. Consistently contributes and helps other members.	Fair 2-3 Needs to be coaxed to contribute to assigned crew. Occasionally contributes and helps other members.	Poor 0-1 Does not strive to contribute to the crew at all
Time On Task	Good 4-5 Spends entire period working on assigned task, helping crew members or working on individual projects without reminders. Completes all tasks. Is on-time for live production.	Fair 2-3 Spends most of period working on assigned task, helping crew members or working on individual projects with reminders. Completes all tasks. Is late for live production but arrives in time to complete job.	Poor 0-1 Is off task most of periods. Does not complete tasks. Does not come to live production (without previous approval) or is so late job is reassigned.
Preperation	Good 4-5 Is always prepared. The Crew never needs to wait for them to continue with tasks, rehearsals, or production.	Fair 2-3 Is generally prepared. The Crew occasionally needs to wait for them to continue with tasks, rehearsals, or production.	Poor 0-1 Is never prepared. Other Crew Members need to do your task before proceeding with theirs.
Commucnication	Good 4-5 Clearly Communicates to teacher and crew members. Evidenced by clear, relevant comments daily in crew log	Fair 2-3 Communication is often unclear. Comments in daily crew log are not made every day or are irrelevant and unclear.	Poor 0-1 Students lack of communication hinders completion of production
