Legibility	Poor Student rushed through the project and did not write clearly and/or legibly; may have several mechanical errors.	Fair Student wrote legibly but did not correct mechanical errors (backwards letters, capitalization, punctuation).	Good Student took his/her time and wrote clearly and legibly. Mistakes were corrected.
Pictures/Drawings	Poor No pictures or drawings were included with project.	Fair Pictures and/or drawings were included. However, the photographs were not taken care of or the pictures were drawn quickly and without effort.	Good Pictures and/or drawings were included with Student's Project.
Structure	Poor Student did not pay attention to capitalization or punctuation.	Fair Student remembered the correct capitalization/ punctuation for most or all of his/her sentences.	Good Student remembered to start each sentence with a capital letter and end each sentence with an ending mark.
