M-MEASURABLE	Meets Expectations The goals can be easily assessed and evaluated by the student. Progress and achievement can be measured and described by the student.	Developing The goals can be assessed and evaluated by the student, but with a lesser degree of clarity. The student has some difficulty measuring progress or achievement of the goal.	Needs Improvement The goals lack a structure for assessment and evaluation. Progress or achievement of these goals can be partially measured readily by the student or teacher.
