Content	Excellent All required information and some interesting supplemental information is presented.	Good All required information is presented.	Fair Most required information is presented.	Poor Very little required information is presented.
Length	Excellent Speech is at least 6 minutes long, to a maximum of 8 minutes.	Good Speech is over/under 1 minute.	Fair Speech is over/under 2 minutes.	Poor Speech is over/under than 3 minutes of the limit.
Fluency	Excellent All of the speech presented fluently.	Good The speech is fluent but there are a few hesitations in presenting the speech.	Fair Hesitations are along the speech. Speaker can not manage the speech.	Poor There are many hesitations when presenting the speech.
Facial Expressions	Excellent Different facial expressions were used, and they accurately portrayed the mood or emotion intended. Very expressive faces.
