Classroom Participation 
Below is a chart that shows you exactly how your child is participating in the classroom. All students are encouraged to participate in class, and prompted to do so. This will help you to see the classroom expectations, as well as showimg areas of growth, and those that need improvement.

Student attended almost every class and had almost no late arrivals.
Individual Participation

Student did not participate in individual assignments including in class written projects and exercises.
2 acceptable

Student participated few times in class written assignments and exercises.
3 Good/Solid

Student participated often in class projects, written assignments, and exercises.
4 Exemplary

Student participated daily in class projects, written assignments, and exercises.
Group Interaction

1 unacceptable

Student interacts with peers appropriately and stay on topic for 25% of the lesson.
2 acceptable

Student interacts with peers appropriately and stay on topic for 50% of the lesson.
3 Good/Solid

Student interacts with peers appropriately and stay on topic for 75% of the lesson.
4 Exemplary

Student interacts with peers appropriately, and stay on topic for close to 100% of the lesson.
