Opinion	Level 4 The student's opinion is convincing, clear, well put together, and organized in its' delivery. There are no lingering questions as to what the student thinks about the question.	Level 3 The student's opinion is clear, well put together, and organized in its' delivery. There is one lingering question as to what the student thinks about the question.	Level 2 The student's opinion is unclear, sloppily put together, and disorganized the reader has to guess what the student thinks about the question. There are lingering questions as to what the student thinks.	Level 1 The student's opinion is not present and the reader does not know what the student thinks about the question.
Facts	Level 4 Student exceeds all of the criterias for including facts: referring to the text with specific citation, using the text example to form an opinion, and uses the facts as proof of their opinion.	Level 3 Student meets the the criterias for including facts: referring to the text and using the facts to form an opinion.	Level 2 Student is missing 1 of the criterias for including facts: referring to the text with citation and using the facts to form an opinion.	Level 1 Student does not have or is missing 2+ for including facts: referring to the text with citation and using the facts to form an opinion.
