Level 2 Students demonstrate some understanding of the issues relating to environmental awareness.	Level 3 Students demonstrate a good understanding of the issues relating to environmental awareness.	Level 4 Students demonstrate an excellent understanding of the issues relating to environmental awareness.
Creativity	Level 1 Students displayed little to no creativity. Enhancement not used effectively or at all.	Level 2 Students displayed some creativity . At least one enhancement is used to create audience engagement.	Level 3 PSA is creative and audience members are engaged most of the time. Students have included at least two enhancement (tagline/slogan or song etc.).	Level 4 PSA is very creative. Students have included more than two enhancements (taglines/slogans or song, music, props, animation) to help engage audience.
