This rubric is designed for a collaborative wiki project. In the project, learners are expected to research an assigned computer fundamentals topic on the Internet, write out the facts on the two oceans. Write an article about their assigned topic. After completed, they set up their wiki pages, post their article, and invite their peers to visit their website and post their comments.
