Guide to becoming a Citizen - Final Project

Students will apply their knowledge of citizenship and democratic principles they they learned in the 7th grade History curriculum. This is a service unit that asks students to research, propose, and take action on a solution to a public policy issue.

Overall presentation	Advanced You did a professional job on your essay and poster, people will line up for blocks to buy a copy of it - it looks that awesome!	Proficient You did a good job on putting together an easy to read essay that looks very nice.	Basic You did an adequate job of putting your project together and people will find it easy to use and read.	Far below basic A blank project helps no one. So does one that is unreadable.
