Map Title, map purpose and border.	In Progress Level 1 There is no map title or border.	Developing Level 2 Title doesn't connect to map. Border is included. Border satisfactorily frames map. Distinguished Level 4 Map title, map purpose are labeled on the front of the map. Both labels relate to the map. A border is easily visible and frames the map beautifully.
