Understanding	Good The description is easy to understand. Places are clearly seen in the map. Sentences are well organised.	Fair The description can be understood, although some problems are shown.. There are some small problems in the way sentences are organised.	Poor Only half of the description is understood. The planning and organisation is poor.
Presentation	Good Students speak high enough and clearly, making pauses when it is necessary.	Fair Sometimes students do not speak clearly enough or they present some mistakes that make the presentation difficult to follow.	Poor Poor presentation. Either they speak too low or in a mess.
The city	Good I liked the city because I find it attractive. It has all the services I consider it should have and all facilities are suitable placed.	Fair I like the city. However, I find there are some facilities missing and/or they are placed in unsuitable places.	Poor Services that are necessary to run a city are not present. I wouldn't like to live in that city
