NUTRITION AND DIET THERAPY Food Tasting and presentation 
This rubric is an assessment of final product and presentation of various foods.Students will make a food plan, based on nutritional needs (e.g. for pregnancy,lactation, infant etc), to improve or maintain the eating practices of each group.
