Resume 
The student will develop an interviewing instrument consistent with a position within the HR deprtment. The student will create a one paragraph job description and a 5 question interview guide, interview another classmate, take notes on the guide, then write 3 paragraphs commenting as to if they would hire the person and the rationale for their choice.
